Soulful singer John Legend recently released his third album, "Evolver."
This Grammy Award-winning performer made a strong comeback after a two-year break.
Legend is known for his soothing voice and his smooth piano playing. His past feel-good hits include "Ordinary People" and "Save Room." Both feature phenomenal piano playing and vocals.
This album contains more studio-produced beats than previous ones.
His new single, "Green Light" features Andre 3000 of OutKast fame. The song not only contains a club beat, but it also features hip-hop and R&B artists including Kanye West and Brandy.
Despite these changes to his sound, Legend still demonstrates his loyalty to soulful vocals and classical piano playing with songs such as the astonishing "If You're Out There."
Although he changes up his beats a bit, his voice is still spectacular. His new songs still feel good and make the listener want to sing along.
John Legend did an exceptional job producing "Evolver," so I'll give the green light to go out and purchase the album.
