An Insignificant Detail of My Life

| | Comments (1)

Though I'm doubtful that anyone cares to know, I could not supress the urge to express my joy over the fact that I no longer have braces.

For those people who have had a similar experience, they will understand how strange it feels to no longer have a metal contraption competing with your teeth for space!

I know many will not understand my excitement, but that's OK. After a millenium (or, as some like to call it, two years) of braces what a thrill it is to see and feel them gone.

this is not an insignificant event! I had braces for a couple of years and actually counted down the days (from hundreds and hundreds of days) until I could get them off. I loathed them. Congratulations on having metal-free teeth.
