I usually write my Facebook status about once a week, letting people know what's going on in my life while trying not to breathe down their necks (did you notice I baked banana muffins? Did you? DID YOU?!). Problem is, this week there's way too much--and too many emotions-- to fit into one status.
First we have the amazing hyperactivity of my first concert last night: Elton John and Billy Joel (which was FANTASTIC; I'll try to post pictures soon, although the blog and my camera don't get along).
Perhaps the lack of sleep from that accounts for my bittersweet mood today: it's my last Teen Takeover meeting. And on top of that, tomorrow's my 18th birthday. To tell the truth, I'm scared out of my mind. (Which feels lame; what teenager isn't excited to become an adult?)
Frankly, I don't think even my Facebook status can take this kind of pressure.

I COMPLETELY agree! My mom just recently got a "Facebook" and it makes me think twice about everything i post becuase she can see it all!
