When Life Gives You Lemons….

I get the juice in my eyes.
Haha, partially because I don’t know how to make lemonade, but that’s not the point.
The point is that in order for you to make lemonade, you also need sugar and water and a pitcher with some ice cubes!
It’s the same concept in life; when you’re handed a troubling situation (a lemon), you need the help of the people around you, who care for you (the sugar, ice cubes, pitcher, and the water), to push you forward to make it end with a positive result (the lemonade).
If you’re wondering; yes, this is rather random, but it’s something I’ve realized earlier this week, even though the figure of speech means you can make something good out of something bad with hard work.
I learned the other day that, even though I’m a very independent person, I can’t always do things all by myself and that I need to start letting others help me! I’m not saying that I don’t like being helped; I do! I just don’t always notice when I’m in situation that I do.
Anyways, the point of this is to say that I learned something about myself this past week, and I want others to see it too, and hopefully, they’ll learn something about themselves too!
