Where are we headed?

Where are we headed? As I sit inside my house, warm and cozy typing away on myBrandon.jpg
computer, this question haunts me. What will the world be like for the next generation? Will there be cars? Will there be airplanes? With tales of oil wells running dry, will civilization stay unchanged?
Will there be war? Will there be peace? What does the future hold?
In the news I hear stories of sadness and poverty, crisis and disasters. Is this what the world is coming to? Is there really hope of world peace?
These are questions that no one can answer. The future is the last great frontier, ever an adventure.
And then I look around me. I see acts of humanity and kindness. Good people every day, helping one another, and I know my answer.

That’s a good question. I’m sick of turning on the news and seeing nothing but bad things happening in different countries or even here in the USA, I wonder if we’ll ever be able to turn on the news and see nothing but good things going on?
