Alrighty then, so I’m sure most of my fellow staff members are aware of the problems that I have been having with the blogs new(ish) system by WordPress. However, I am proud to proclaim that our very own Jessica Krout has come to save me from my misery and befuddlement! However, much to my great pleasure (and slight humiliation) the problem was quite simple and I was simply oblivious.
You see, for the past month or two I have not been able to access WordPress. Every time I tried to login the website would either tell me that I did not exist, or that my password was incorrect. So, as I soon realized, I had most likely changed my password and later forgot what it was, thus unintentionally preventing myself from blogging. Turns out, though, that even after receiving a new password, the reason I was unable to access WordPress was because all the e-mails that were sent to me were being placed directly in my ‘Spam’ folder (which I never look at). So, when I received an e-mail from Jess to check my ‘Spam’ folder I was hit with a wave of relief, followed by the soft laughing of all the computer geeks in the world at my obvious lack of knowledge when dealing with computers.
But alas, I have my password and I will resume my blogging! Anyways, I just want to say thanks to both Jess and Eric Trimmer, who had helped me with all my technological inabilities.
