I just happened to look on the top of the section about how many drafts that I have posted and come to notice that I have about 50. That is an awful lot, but I read over a recent post about Barack Obama that I had posted. I really didn't mean to make anything that I had said sound racist or crude. But in most of them I felt verbally attacked; I do have my reasons for disliking our new president elect. But, that really is beyond the point right now. I have an opinion and I really thought that was what blogging was about. Something's that were said in the post was hat I was upset that he won because of the safety of our country. No place in that post did I say that I hated him because he was black. I think that this was a misconception. With his middle name, I was only saying that as in did anyone notice it? I truly feel as if it is my opinion and I had no reason to be verbally attacked. I don't feel as if that I am racist in any manner.
P.S. - With the spelling, I usually have computer issues at home so I do some of my blogging at school in the library. Sometimes because of the filter they don't let you copy and paste into word for a spell check. I apologize for that.
Election 2008: November 2008 Archives
C-SPAN is sponsoring a documentary contest for students in grades six through 12.
The contest challenges students to produce a five- to eight-minute long documentary on the topic, "A message to the new president: What is the most urgent issue for the new president to address after taking office, and why?"
Barack Obama won! Dip ee doo dah. Even though, McCain supporters like myself aren't that happy. The reason being, we are worried about our countries saftey. I don't think that it will be long before America will challange Obama.
PS.
If any of you know it his middle name is Hussien!
I mean come on!
I don't know about anyone else, but I have been looking forward to November 4th for quite some time now. Primarily because I'd like to know who will lead our nation for the next four years but also because I have become entirely sick of hearing ads for McCain and Obama.
"McCain wants to tax health care. Vote Obama on 11/4...I'm Barack Obama and I approve this message."
"Barack Obama wants to raise taxes, is that what you want?...John McCain promises change, and to put country first. I'm John McCain, and I approve this message."
Honestly, I've known who I'd vote for in the event I could for a while now...their constant reminders only make me more annoyed to hear their name. I'm tired of hearing about Sarah Palin and how amazing Alaska is (and how Russia is ohhh so close)...I'm tired of hearing about Biden's inability to spell...tired of Obama being called a terrorist...tired of McCain being too old to lead...tired of Palin appearing on SNL and giving Tina Fey an almost-certain Emmy nod for best portrayal.
I'm done...just like that All American Rejects song...IT ENDS TONIGHT=]:)=]:)
