The latest highlight to this Penn State season was the effort of Robinson in the 63-10 victory at Illinois. He threw four touchdowns and ran for two more — all in the highest-scoring first half in school history. The Big Ten honored him for his work, the fifth time this fall for a Nittany Lion.
Robinson piled up 263 yards of total offense and tied the school record of six TDs, set by Harry Robb vs. Gettysburg in 1917. Robinson was 11-of-18 passing for 194 yards and no interceptions and ran seven times for 69 yards.
