If seeing is believing, then I’m not sure I believe what happened in the Insight Bowl on Friday night.
Because the game was on the NFL Network, what most of us basic cable subscribers missed was the biggest comeback in bowl history.
Texas Tech trailed Minnesota by 31 points — 38-7 — in the third quarter and still rallied to win in overtime, 44-41. And it took a 52-yard Tech field goal on the last play of regulation to send the Red Raiders and Golden Gophers to OT.
Sure would have been nice to see that one.
