6:30 a.m. -- Players living within driving distance of York meet at the Yorktowne Hotel.
7 a.m. -- Coaching staff and about eight players depart in a chartered bus for Lancaster.
7:30 a.m. -- Bus arrives in Lancaster to pick up local Barnstormers.
8 a.m. -- Loaded up, the bus heads to Philadelphia airport.
10 a.m. -- Bus arrives in Philly to catch flight to Tampa Bay.
1:30 p.m. -- Plane carrying players and team staff arrives in Tampa; the players load up on new bus.
3:30 p.m. -- Bus arrives in Lakeland, players unload gear at Tigertown dorms/clubhouse.
7:30 p.m. -- Players undergo physicals.
