Five gymnasts from Prestige Gymnastics in Lancaster, ranging in age from 11 to 16, will represent Region 7 of the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program at Nationals in Kettering, Ohio, on May 9-11. Region 7 consists of 86 gymnastics teams from Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia. The five gymnasts from Prestige recently qualified for nationals by attaining one of the highest 15 all-around scores within the six states during the regional competition held April 11-13 at Parkettes Gymnastics in Allentown.

The gymnasts are coached by Tony and Jen Fatta (Bars and Beam), Kevin Pope (Vault) and Colleen Mazreku (Floor). On average, these athletes train between 20 and 30 hours each week.
