Renoll stars on track

Allow me to apologize in advance for this post running later than it should have.
This is what happens sometimes when you put an e-mail aside for later, but nonetheless I found it and congratulations go to Chase Renoll for being named the University of Delaware Best of the
Blue Hens Athlete of the Week back on April 21.
Renoll, a Spring Grove grad, is a sophomore on Delaware’s men’s track team and helped lead to team to a fourth-place finish at the Colonial Athletic Association championships that took place in late April.
The sophomore’s season-best shot put toss of 49-feet-11 earned him the conference title and a trip to NCAA East Regionals coming up May 30-31 at Florida State University.
Renoll was one of two Blue Hens to capture a conference title. He also placed 10th in the discus with a 130-4 throw.
He was a standout on the Rockets’ track team in high school and also played on the football team.
