Playing fair

Here's an overlooked fact that tells a lot about the makeup of these Nittany Lions:

They are one of the least penalized teams in the nation, averaging only about three flags and 26.4 yards per game.

They had no penalties against Ohio State -- the first time they've gone without a penalty or turnover in a game since joining the Big Ten.

They also had only one penalty against Illinois and against Wisconsin.

Why does everyone keep saying that PSU had no penalties in the OSU game. If you look back and review the tape, you will see that Butler was flagged for offensive pass interference, and I believe that it was early in the game. That was the only penalty that they had for the entire game, which is awesome, but we should get the facts correct.
