It's going to be worth the price of admission and a few hours in the cold. But if you are able to come up with an excuse to stay home on Friday, you can watch the game live on the internets. Who knew a series of tubes could be so useful?

They are a few other games this week too. Many of them have playoff implications. Below are a few quick takes on this week's action. Jump in with your own thoughts by utilizing the comments section.

Most anticipated game of the year: William Penn at Central York. The Bearcats have won all nine of their games this year, most in lopsided fashion. The Panthers retooled after an opening week loss and have won eight straight since. The winner will not only earn the Division I title, but will almost certainly secure a top four seed in the District 3 Class AAAA tournament. With so much on the line, it would be reasonable to expect these talented players to step up their games to new heights. It should be a doozy.

Closest to an impressively dominant division title run: West York. The Bulldogs are still have another Division II game against 7-2 Littlestown, but the way West York has ripped apart the rest of the division (including a Kennard-Dale team that beat the Thunderbolts), a second straight title seems likely. In five Division II wins this season, West York has outscored its opponents 279-57.

Best rivalry game: Dallastown at Red Lion. It's already one of the top rivalries for any sport, but the intensity of this annual football game seems to be reaching new heights. Last year, the Wildcats faked an extra point and converted a pass for two points to win last year's regular season finale and secure a playoff berth. This season it's the Lions that need to win to get in. Don't expect Dallastown to make it easy -- the Wildcats would likely earn a top eight seed and a first-round home game with a victory.

Best impersonation of a playoff game: Biglerville at York Suburban. The Canners could still reach the playoffs if they lose to the Trojans, but they'd need Littlestown to lose and hope the Thunderbolts don't pick up a net gain of 30 extra bonus points. Biglerville doesn't want to break out the calculators. They know if they win there is no doubt. The Trojans hopes are crushed with a loss, but almost certainly gets in with a victory. Call it the postseason a week early.

Luckiest to still have a shot at the playoffs: Kennard-Dale. The Rams started the season with three losses, including defeats at home against Spring Grove (2-7) and Solanco (4-5). They gave up a late fourth-quarter touchdown last week against Suburban to squander a lead and drop below .500. Even so, Kennard-Dale will likely lock up a playoff berth with a victory over a two-win Susquehannock team on Saturday. Not a bad deal.
