All of the teams from last week are back. It's just that some of them are in different spots.
I'll get right to the rankings and the rationale below. If you have any thoughts, dive right in by utilizing the comments section.
1. William Penn (9-0): It was the first game of the season the Bearcats won by fewer than 29 points and their scoring total of 32 was a season-low. Nonethless, William Penn scored another triumph, and maybe received enough of a scare to be even better prepared for Central.
2. West York (8-1): The Bulldogs move up this week because they have maintained their dominance over the last several weeks despite their competition getting tougher. The Panthers, meanwhile, struggled to hold on last week against Red Lion. Brandon Real and Co. still have to get through a seven-win Littlestown team on the road this week to lock up the Division II title.
3. Central York (8-1): The Panthers still looked good in their victory over Red Lion, they just didn't look superb. It really won't matter if Central can lift its game for this week against William Penn and its subsequent playoff contests and the Panthers definitely have the talent and organization to do it.
4. Delone Catholic (8-1): I guess every team is allowed to have an off-night during the regular season, right? The Squires seem to be back to their regular selves during Friday's dismantling of York Catholic, recording a shutout victory a week after getting blanked by Bermudian on the road and move up accordingly.
5. Dallastown (7-2): The Wildcats are still winning after losing eight players a few weeks ago and have clinched a spot in the District 3 Class AAAA playoffs for the second straight season. They have a great shot at getting a top eight seed and the first-round home game that goes with it if they can pull off a win at Red Lion on Friday.
6. Biglerville (7-2): With Saturday's victory, the Canners are in such a good position that they could lose to York Suburban this week and still probably make it into the playoffs as long as Littlestown loses to West York. A win at home against the Trojans and the Canners would almost certainly guarantee a berth. Plus, no matter what happens against Suburban, the Canners are guaranteed at least a share of the Division III title, ending a 37-year drought.
7. Bermudian Springs (7-2): Another successful performance on the ground and the Eagles made it seven wins this week and can clinch a share of the title with a win over York Catholic this week. That's two consecutive weeks now Bermudian has kept an opponent scoreless. Keep an eye on these Eagles once the playoffs begin.
8. Red Lion (5-4): The Lions have beaten the teams they were supposed to beat in Division I play, but are still on the outside looking in when it comes to the playoff picture, currently 17th in the Class AAAA standings. That makes this week's home contest against bitter rival Dallastown by far the biggest game of the year. A victory proves that Red Lion belongs.
9. Littlestown (7-2): The Thunderbolts won with ease in Week 9, but have their toughest opponent yet staring them in the face in the home finale. Talk about high stakes: If Littlestown wins, it clinches a playoff berth and a share of a Division II crown but if Littlestown loses it will need help to reach the postseason.
10. York Suburban (6-3): The Trojans kept its postseason hopes alive with a narrow victory over Kennard-Dale, but still has more work to do. Can Cody Waltimyer and the rest of the Suburban rushing attack get the best of red-hot Biglerville? They will need to if the Trojans want to keep playing after Week 10.

I agree with you until #8 - Red Lion has to win a game against a team with a winning record to make it this high in the top 10. They do blong but at #10. Littlestown and York Suburban would move up to #8 and #9 respectively.
willam penn at #1 ...not even close...if this is all we have to look forward to ....we are in trouble
willam penn first...noway...Delone is first...and I'm an Mustang fan
Central just blew your rankings right out of the water!
York Suburban should movre to number 6 and central number 1
