Delone Catholic grad Casey Lawrence recently earned Commonweath Conference Pitcher of the Week honors at Albright College and followed that honor up with being named the ECAC Division III South Player of the Week.
The junior right-hander is now 4-0 with a 1.19 ERA in five starts for the Lions. In two of those starts, he tossed shut outs.
Lawrence also drilled his first home run of the season on Sunday when Albright battled Franklin & Marshall to a 16-all tie.
