The importance of friends
Seeing all the help my parents got during their golf tournament made me miss the days of college and how close we always were.
Finding time to give back, even if it’s uncomfortable and stressful
With April being Parkinson’s Awareness Month, it’s a busy time for Kate Harmon as she heads to Florida for a tournament, NYC for a walk and holds a fundraiser here in York. Making time to give back feels good, even if it’s stressful.

Always a battle to get kids out of bed?

Does losing a pet get easier with age
Kate Harmon isn’t sure losing pets get easier with age. The Harmon family cat, Bonkers, died Monday at 16 years old.

Was there emphasis on exercise and limiting TV when we were young?
