York Ballers sweep through Binghamton, N.Y. tourney

The York Ballers sent four teams to the Southern Tier College Showcase in Binghamton, New York, and all four teams finished 3-0 to win their respective divisions.

Dallastown golf outing to benefit basketball program, Schaefer scholarship

Dallastown Basketball Booster Club will hold a golf scramble on Saturday, June 21. The event will benefit the basketball booster club and Henry Schaefer Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The Henry Schaefer Memorial Golf Outing will take place at Honey Run Golf Course, located at 3131 S. Salem Church Road, York, PA 17408.

All proceeds from this event will benefit U.S. Army Cpl. Matthew Hanes, a Northeastern graduate who was shot in Afghanistan and is paralyzed up to his chest.
