I love your blog, I left you a comment! The obit team loves you Michele :)

My Dearest Michelle

Today I woke up as I usually do about 6am or earlier and checked my emails, my bank statements and paid a few bills before meditation. I got the email you sent, and was encouraged. Whatever the fight be it weight loss, finishing a project, going back to school or just life in general we all need support. You have been very supportive in my endeavors and likewise I would like to return the favor. Your beautiful in every way and as beautiful as you are on the inside it will surly be reflected in your outer beauty.

I know what its like to have to give up something you love. Something that’s been your best friend, something that nurtures you, something you could depend on to make you feel better when you’ve had a ruff day. However something that was not good for you. I have battled with addictions for some time in my life, about 20years to be exact. I owe the success of my recovery to the fellowship of a twelve step program. Without the support of others I think that I would surely be still using. In a sense I know your struggle, I know your fight, and I upload you. You’re doing a wonderful thing; see it through till the end. I am there for you.

When ever I’m working on something I like to put visual goal all around the house. Say for instance if I’m working on expanding my business I will put pictures up of my favorite furnishings, powerful quotes or list my goals in places where I will often come across them like the mirror in the bathroom or on the refrigerator door. And I often tell myself, I love myself, I love myself, I love myself, I am worth loving. I have found that everything is created in love. You might want to cut out some favorite clothes you want to wear from a magazine paste your head on the model and put them up where you can see them daily. Or dig up some pictures from your photo album that have your desired weight. Visuals work for me, perhaps they will be helpful.

My love and support
