My favorite "fat" movies
Some of my favorite movies have fat people in them.
When I'm feeling down about my weight, I'll watch the "The Nutty Professor," the one with Eddie Murphy, and his interesting array of characters. My favorite scene is the first family dinner scene. I LOVE the dad's monologue on Oprah, and Luther Vandross.

I'm also a fan of almost ANYTHING Queen Latifah is in. She's the "fat goddess," and diva who has accomplished so much in life, music and film. The woman is the voice of the Pizza Hut ads (my favorite pie, by the way), and in her own series of Cover Girl ads.

Some of my favorite Latifah movies are "Chicago," "Bringing Down the House," and "Set it Off." I love her, "Mama" act in "Chicago," and the movie is worth watching for that and the other catchy song numbers.
The next movie, "Norbit," came out on DVD recently, just came out, and has some really funny scenes in it. "Norbit" won't win any awards, but it has it's moments. Here's a high/low lights:

Another favorite, "Major Payne," isn't all about fat people, but it has a great scene with a chubby boy trying to do sit-ups. I can feel his pain. Major Payne, obviously cannot. This is hysterical.

Talking about good comedys with our healthy counter parts..what about Monique..I just love watching her..she's just finished "Charm School" It's a run off from "The Flavor of Love"..She also does a Talent Show just for those of us who are healthy...She is very talented, funny and is actually a great entertainer..Hey just thinking, I wonder if I could get in her talent show, I could wear a short glitter dress with pumps and, ok alright, I'm dreaming.....
