Where are all the comments?? I know we are not the only two people struggling with this!! Anyway, I have a suggestion, if you are a breakfast sandwich kind of person. I buy the Thomas' whole wheat mini bagels and Morning star farms veggie sausage, microwave an egg for 60 secs and top it with a half a pc of cheese. It keeps me full for hours, I eat a pc of fruit mid morning and then on to lunch. I try not to skip meals. Anyway I am down 26 pounds since around May. (and another 80 to go!!)I wish I could afford a weight loss plan but I am convinced that I can do this if I can just keep my 2 lbs a week weight loss goal!
