Snapshots of Christmas
I was at home for almost a week with my family, including my sister's children, and the cute faces you've seen on this blog before, Kaiya, 2, and Aisha, 6, and my nephew, Jason, 8.
While in Newport News, I took 100 or more pictures of them for the holiday. They were tired of me and my Kodak.
In this first photo, they are all wearing Santa hats. My mom and I had to go to Walgreen's to get them all a hat, because they were fighting over the one we owned.
Here they are:
One more time:
They are so freakin' cute.
But wait, there's more. . .
Here's another really cute shot of the girls in the Santa hats.
They were all about them. Jason - not so much.
Here's Jason, with his "Ben 10" backpack.
He's getting so big. I can remember when he was only a few months old, and his mother had his picture taken in a diaper, sitting on some cotton, with angel wings on.
Yes, Jay, those are going to come back to haunt you around prom time.
Here's another photo, of Aisha, who is a big ham and diva-in-training:
This is the baby, who we sometimes call "The Terror," or "KaiyaBoo," who I think also enjoys having her picture taken:
Here's one last Christmas photo, this time of me and my sisters, Debbie (right) and Gina (left):
The only thing missing - our brother, Reggie (he passed away in 2001).
All in all, it was a good holiday. I'd show you photos of my parents, Sharon and Reggie, from the holiday, but they were dressed "casually" for Christmas at home with our family.
(They would not only try to kill me, but also change their locks and not tell me where their new home is, if those photos were posted on my blog.)
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas.
Happy New Year, everyone.
