The evils of holiday foods

| | Comments (2)

Is anyone as stressed out as I am about the holidays?

I still have presents to buy.

I have to make my holiday travel arrangements.

Should I bake something and take it home with me?

What about my cats?

Who is going to clean the condemned spot, otherwise known as my apartment?

Should I really go to another holiday party?

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

It looks like my holiday stress could help to blow my diet.

Now, it's not like I haven't done enough damage to it myself, but the holidays do not help.

This AOL slide show details ways that we sabotage our healthy diets during the holiday.

Don't let this happen to you.

Does anyone out there have any ideas on how to stay true to your diet over the holidays?

Girl just eat it and go for a run. When you say no I am not going to eat it then you eat it and the guilt tears you up so much that you can't even work out. Stop the madness eat and hit the gym.

I know I shouldn't eat the candied sweet potatoes. I know I shouldn't.
Sigh.
Pass the sweet potatoes, please.
