I found an article that lists the WORST restaurant dishes in America.

The good news is, I recognize many of these foods.

The bad news is, I had all of these foods to eat today.

Anywho, The Men's Health Magazine story breaks the foods down into different categories, and even provides a tasty-looking descriptions of the dishes over the horrible calorie, sodium and fat facts listed below them.

Yes, it is the WORST kind of tease. To tell you about delicious-looking food, then tell you not to eat it.

Very cruel.

Topping the list is one of my favorites - Outback Steakhouse Aussie Cheese Fries with Ranch Dressing.

I don't believe there is a more perfect food.

It has cheese, ranch dressing, bacon and french fries.

Who could ask for anything more?

Well, Men's Health rained on that parade. Even splitting the meal starter with other folks doesn't save you from all the fat, calories and sodium.

Damn, damn, and double damn.

So, does this mean I shouldn't order them next time I'm at Outback? Just wondering. . .
