I've gained weight.

Let's just say that in the last few months, the pounds I lost came back and brought relatives and friends.

So, I'm back up to 250 (plus 7).

Damn. Damn. Damn.

Do pounds just like me?

Am I meant to be a size 18-20 (or sometimes 22), for the rest of my life?

Is it that I can't seem to give up Ranch dressing?

Curses!

Well, I'm not taking it anymore.

I've enlisted the help of my homey, Amanda, and we're going to do this thing together.

I just signed up for one of those food-mailing programs, we'll call it, SutriSystem, for the purposes of this blog.

My homey signed up for another one, called Gedifast, for blog purposes.

So, we will see how we both do.

I'm at the highest weight I've ever been at.

This has to work.

You have been inactive because of your ankle, but as soon as the doctor says go, you can make changes about becoming more active again. Good luck and keep fighting the good fight.

Don't be so hard on yourself. You noticed it now you plan to do something about it. Keep us informed about the meal plans. I heard the portions were quite small, but I guess that is how you lose weight. Good Luck!!
