So, I was all ready to start my diet Monday.
(Meaning, I ate everything that wasn't nailed down over the weekend as kind of a "last really fattening supper" kind of thing.)
Then I looked in the cold box and realized I didn't have anything I needed to really get started.
There was not a leaf of lettuce in the house.
Matter of fact, I didn't have any low-fat anything in my apartment.
That's probably not the best way to start a new diet.
So, I didn't start Monday.
I know. I know.
I suck.
But I did, dear readers, start on SutriSystem today.
So far, I'm only a little hungry.
Ok, that's not true. I'm about ready to tackle someone for their food, but I'm sure this feeling will pass.
At least I hope this feeling will pass.
Until then, my co-workers should beware.


Drink lots of water and think about how great it will be to buy new clothes!
Yeah I heard there portions take awhile to get use to. So hang in there. Perhaps you can cheat w/ a 100 cal snack and some water. That usually does it for me
