Too much, not enough sleep makes you a fatty

As usual, I'm confused.

Apparently, a new study says that if you get too little sleep, or you get too much sleep, you are more likely to be obese.

What if you do both at different times?

Some nights, I may get my full seven to eight hours. (And if I don't, co-workers beware.)

Others, I can barely get four or five hours because I stayed up to late reading. . . Yeah, that's what I was doing up late. . .

Anywho, now I know why I'm fat.

Thanks, new CDC study.

Here's the story on it.

Let me know what you guys think of this one.

So, I'm confused too. From 1973 until 2000, I never slept more than 4 hours a night( as well as giving you gray hair, parent-hood steals your sleep time too). It was the thinnest time of my life. I get about 6 to 7 hours on a good night now. I am not skinny by a long shot, but I'm not obese. Any findings about sleep should be taken with a grain of salt; back in the 50's, many things that are bad for us were considered good, and there were findings to prove it.
