Jamie Lynn did it, should your teen?
Once again, OK! Magazine got the baby scoop.
The Brit trash tab is on the hot seat for it's previous baby scoop, on the nation's favorite unwed Spears, Jamie Lynn, and her new baby.
Those who are trying to keep fans of the former "Zoey 101" star from following in her footsteps claim the story glamorizes teen pregnancy.
However, OK! said their piece on Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney's real sister (not you, homey, or Ann), was taseful and was not promoting that life.
Really? Please click the link and look at those photos.
They are posing with the baby in this beautiful home, with all these comforts. I think those trying to prevent teen preganacy do have a point - young girls could look at that and be like, "Being pregnant at 16 is very cool!"
It's not.
As mothers of any age will tell you, being the mommy is hard.
Babies are needy, and that doesn't stop until they are say. . . .40?
I'm no one's mommy (expect for Seven and Mo, but they are cats), but the whole way this thing has been handled was all wrong.
Jamie Lynn's parents should be ashamed of selling the child's story and new baby pictures to a tabloid. I think they should've been more private with the pregnancy, especially with Jamie Lynn's status as a teen idol.
I'm not saying she should be ashamed - motherhood is beautiful. However, she shouldn't be out there making it look like it's going to be a breeze for an unwed teen mother.
What do you guys think?

Ahhh, attacking the commenter rather than the comment. Mmmmm.... rather discrediting...

Reader: So teen pregnancy isn't work talking about? It's boring to discuss the various ways of preventing teen pregnancy and making it a real issue? I think YOU need to find something else to write about.
