'100-calories' snacks a sin

| | Comments (0)

Just when you thought you were eating healthy, those people who do studies come along and ruin it.

Apparently, those cute little snack packs that boast only 100 calories are deceptive.

I just knew eating only 100 calories of Chips A'hoy cookies was a crime against nature. You can't get the real flavor of a cookie in less than 200 calories.

Oh, wait, that's not what they mean.

It appears that folks who eat the 100-calories snacks eat more because of the tiny packaging.

This stoy tells more about the little packs secret evil plan to make us all fatter by eating a million of them.

Who knew that if you eat more than one pack of 100-calories snacks at a time that you could gain?

Who indeed.

So, for those who did not get the memo, you're only supposed to eat one in a sitting, not down the whole box.

One is healthy.

Eating an entire box - not healthy.

Got it?

Good.
