Put down that doughnut

I like to call it that '3 p.m. starvin' feelin'.

It's that ravenous monster belly rumble you get in the afternoon, way after lunch and before dinner.

For me, that's doughnut time.

However, health officials suggest you try another tactic, to avoid gaining extra pounds.

In this story, there are some ideas on how to avoid going for cookies and chips in the afternonn.

I hear ya MC. I get the munchies something crazy around 4ish. Microwave popcorn usually can satisfy, that or (gasp) Fritos!
