It was not a high moment of the day.

Yes, you read that right.

This is the heaviest I've ever been. I wanted to cry and was in a panic.
However, I've got a plan.
I've been on more than a few diets in the last few years.
I was on Weight Watchers for a bit, but I felt like I was always starving. I could never strike a good balance with food and not feel hungry.
It didn't work because when I was hungry, I'd just fill up on stuff that wasn't good for me.
As you know, I most recently did Sutri-System, otherwise known as Nutri-System. It didn't work for me, either.
The food wasn't bad, but I got bored with the plan, which calls for eathing a salad at lunch EACH day.
For awhile, I couldn't even LOOK at salad. I was just sick of it.
Another reason for leaving Nutri-System - the price.
It's an expensive program, and I found myself spending more money to buy their food than I spent on groceries.
And guess what happened when I stopped eating their food, and went back to 'regular' food.
You guessed it, I gained weight.
This is so damn frustrating.
So, I think I'm going back on the plan that I like best, but was just too lazy to maintain.
Ediets.com gave me a lot of food options, but required me to cook for myself.
Laziness won last time, and I stopped being on the program because I didn't want to cook.
Now, however, the plan has more 'convenience' offerings, for folks on the go like me, as well as healthy meals I can make quickly.
So, we're back to the old drawing board.
This time, I'm going to make it.

If it makes you feel any better... I'm RE-losing my WW weight, and while it's working, it's harder this time around. Maybe that's a magic bullet that only works once? I dunno.
I think the eDiets is a good idea ... the food was fantastic! I still crave the waffles with cottage cheese.
And, I think it'll fit YOU better.
