I usually get the urges for some sweets right about now.
I try to reach for something healthy, but. . . that doesn't always happen.

I found the best snack for noodle cravings.
Shirataki Tofu noodles. They sound terrible, but are really good. Really, trust me. They don't taste anything like mushy tofu. They soak up whatever sauce you put on them and have the consistency of pasta.
The best part: only 40 calories for two (!) servings.

I found them at Giant near Target. About $2.50 a bag, so they are worth a try.
