Matt Anderson, a senior member of the Night News Digital desk, called Friday to say that he and his wife welcomed a baby boy at 7:05 a.m. Benjamin David Anderson is 8 pounds, 13.8 ounces. Matt will be taking some time off to spend time with his wife, Janelle, Benjamin and Benjamin’s two big sisters.
