City, state and community leaders seek help preparing for new voter ID law: ‘We need all of you’

York Mayor Kim Bracey, Pennsylvania Department of State spokesman Ron Ruman and state Rep. Eugene DePasquale, D-West Manchester Township, urged people to get the proper photo IDs under the state’s new voting law — and to help their neighbors do the same.
