What’s on state Rep. Keith Gillespie’s agenda

Gillespie

“Jobs and the economy continue to be major challenges,” state Rep. Keith Gillespie, R-Hellam Township, said in a recent interview.

He hasn’t sent out any co-sponsorship memos yet for the 2013-14 legislative session.

But he plans to bring back some legislation from the last session, including the ban on human branding of young people.

We also talked about some other legislation he proposed in the last session. He proposed changing the grading for harassment and  increasing prison time for a second conviction of homicide by vehicle while intoxicated. And he said he proposed legislation that would allow medical providers to have a frank “and open discussion regarding an unexpected outcome of medical care. “
