The Democrats’ nomination recommendation committee for the 95th state House special election will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the York County Democratic Party’s headquarters, 275 W. Market St., York.
The meeting is open to the public, according to a news release.
Members of the committee will vote on a nominee, whose name will then be submitted to the executive committee of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party for approval.
Local Democrats earlier this month held a public forum for their potential nominee, Kevin Schreiber, to replace Eugene DePasquale. Schreiber is York’s economic and community development director.
