Poll: Should Pennsylvania counties own nursing homes?

For the past two years, York County has paid more than $7 million to subsidize its nursing home. And it’s expecting to spend more than $7 million in 2013.

Some other Pennsylvania counties have gotten out of the nursing home business. Should York County do the same
