What happened at the York County commissioners’ meeting?

The York County commissioners approved a $150,000 settlement agreement. Acting solicitor Donald Reihart said the amount was determined through mediation. In the motion, the people weren’t identified by name.

The case was filed in the United States Middle District against York County, according to the motion.

In other action,  commissioners:

–approved a purchase on behalf of  the York County Elections and Voter Registration Department and Dominion Voting Systems of Denver for on-site professional and consulting services for the 2013 election.

–approved amending an agreement between York County Human Services Department and Bell Socialization Services, increasing the Homeless Assistance Program emergency shelter services funding by $50,613 for a total contract amount of $90,613 for July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
