    The closer to big voting blocks (R’s or D’s), the more costly by the look of the numbers. Might be a sign of things to come here in York County with all the BIG dollars being tossed at those running for the upcoming Sen. Waugh’s vacant seat. I’m looking for a “darkhorse” in this race…aren’t you???
