Parrot spotting

| | Comments (0)
Twice in recent days, I've seen a woman walking down city streets carrying a parrot. (I should be honest. I'm pretty sure it's a parrot. But I'm not exactly a bird expert.)

The first time, the bird was perched on her shoulder, pirate-style, as she walked down West Market Street. The second time, she was carrying the bird on North George Street.

Both times I was driving, so I couldn't really stop and ask her anything.

I'm just curious. Are they just out for a walk? It's not something you see every day.
