More from the news release:

"The people of Harrisburg will see firsthand how they can have a structured, well-trained organization of their own residents, helping to prevent crime on their streets," said Mike Smith, chapter leader.

Commissioner Steve Chronister says in the release that supporting Harrisburg could draw more attention to York's group and help start a new chapter in Harrisburg. Crime doesn't know municipal boundaries, he said.

What do you think? Is it good that the Angels are trying to help another community?
