why do they do this stuff in the middle of the day during the week?! people keep stealing my recycle/yellow yard waste containers. but i can't make it to city, park, get the containers, and get back to work in a half hour. grrrrr...
Hi, Jess --- I just looked back through our archives, and you're right it looks like it always happens during the week. I checked out the city Web site, too, and it looks like if you wanted to purchase a replacement, you'd have to do that during business hours, Monday to Friday. Not going to be convenient for everyone.
