The schedule is:
1 p.m. Oct. 19 -- public works
1 p.m. Oct. 20 -- fire department and community development
1 p.m. Oct. 21 -- elected and appointed officials and business administration
1 p.m. Oct. 22 -- economic development, Redevelopment Authority and police
10 a.m. Oct. 23 -- public
Public testimony will be taken at the end of each.
