Free skating, Devers neighborhood picnic Saturday

York's Summer Fun Day will be held Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m. at York City Ice Arena at 941 Vander Avenue in York. Instructors will be on hand to teach people to skate or play hockey from 4 to 4:45 p.m. and free skating a broomball will be held from 4:45 to 6 p.m. Free skate rentals are included. The Devers Neighborhood Association will hold a community picnic for residents on Saturday at Lincoln Park from noon to 2 p.m. People are asked to bring a dish to share or a monetary donation to help pay for the picnic. For more information, call Joe Stein at 495-3878.
