The Devers Area Neighborhood Association will honor York resident Audrey Garrett at its annual picnic on Aug. 20.
The picnic, which will be held at Lincoln Park from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., will recognize Garrett, 90, for her years of service to the American Red Cross, Devers Elementary School, Girl Scouts of America and Faith United Church.
