Tracey Roberts of York Myotherapy is shown with Joey McIntyre, left, of New Kids on the Block fame, and Drew Lachey, from 'Dancing with the Stars.' Lachey's mother lives in York County and is one of Roberts' patients.

Who can doubt that all roads lead to York when you learn that the mother of Drew and Nick Lachey lives in York County?

Cate Reinert is the mother of Drew, star of "Dancing with the Stars," and Nick, 98 Degrees singer.

Her name came up as a connection between a local therapist and the mom.

A York Daily Record story on therapist Tracey Roberts began this way:

She was a little star struck meeting Joey McIntyre when the "Dancing with the Stars" tour made a stop in Washington, D.C., in 2006.

This year, it was a surprise meeting Olympian Apolo Ohno when the tour came around again.

But what York-area therapist Tracey Roberts took away from both experiences is how hard dancers such as Drew Lachey - brother of 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey and son of local patient Cate Reinert - beat their bodies to entertain.

"This was really a job," Roberts said. "I'm so impressed with what these people do."

Roberts said she never expected to become a therapist for big stars, especially living in York County. But she shares the medical condition fibromyalgia with Reinert, who lives in the county. Reinert recommended Roberts to her son.

Roberts had her second round of working with Drew Lachey, a past "Dancing with the Stars" champion, on tour Monday at Giant Center in Hershey.

She said she continues to be amazed at how down to earth he is.

The intense practice schedule Monday didn't allow for a massage, but she worked out a stretching regimen with him to ward off pulled muscles and aches from living in a cramped bus.
