A Martin's worker bags a sample of potato chips from the line in 2004. Throughout the afternoon, random samples are taken to test salt and moisture content. Another Martin's employee performs similar tests in the morning.
And she writes about delightful childhood memories of smelling the scent of frying potatoes.

Something that has always interested me about Martin's, Snyder's of Hanover, Utz, Bickel's, Lay's - and Senft's. All were produced west of the Codorus Creek in York, including all the way southwest in Hanover.
