Susan Miller flagged the opportunity to visit a Coulsontown cottage on Dec. 8 as part of the 35th annual Delta Christmas Fair.

Other neat stuff from all over,  profiling three heroes … .

Hero – 1

Loganville Fire Chief Rodney Miller died in the line of duty earlier this year. He was remembered as a recent America Red Cross heroes breakfast. See: Rodney Miller – In the line of duty.

Hero – 2

Paul Miller is a hero, surviving the loss of all his limbs from an illness. He’s turned this moment into a source of inspiration for others. See: When doctors took his hands and feet, he held fast to his faith.

Hero – 3

The U.S. Coast Guard has commissioned a ship to honor Charles David, who gave his life in the aftermath of the sinking of the Dorchester. That World War II moment also claimed the life of York rabbi Alexander D. Goode. Read more about this commissioning on John Hilton’s Belief and Beyond blog.
